The owner gave us the van with things already sorted out for us (water tank full, extra drinking big container, toilet rolls, bed done, etc), which was very handy as we arrived late from the UK and got the van in the evening. Kim, the owner, is lovely and we really liked meeting her. She gave us many tips and came to pick us up (and dropped us) to the airport. Check that this is an additional option at a small extra charge. We really felt at home in the van. The communication with her was excellent.
