Dave was incredible. He offered to pick us up at the train station in Corona, but we missed our connection in Fullerton, so we had to Uber to his house. After driving 40 minutes out of his way to for nothing because of us, he asked if we'd had anything to eat (which we hadn't) and ordered us pizza. When we got to his place, he walked us through everything we needed to know about the RV, introduced us to his wife, Janice, and even showed us around his property and introduced us to his two horses and his miniature mule in the back yard. They are two of the kindest, most down-to-earth, interesting people I've ever met. They're into competitive "cowboy mounted shooting," which is worth a Google. Dave is also into welding, which came in handy, seeing as we dinged his exhaust pipe on a rock. Speaking of which, my wife was sick when we returned the RV, and even after learning that we had damaged his exhaust pipe, Dave made her tea and told her to keep the mug. Amazing!
